We want you to love your denim fits and boots as much as we do! Our return policy is simple, fair, and designed for hassle-free shopping—whether you’re across the street or across the globe.

Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition—with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact (no stains, tears, or alterations).
  • Denim Jackets, Denim Skirts, and Knee-High Boots must be returned in a resellable state (footwear should be tried on only on clean, carpeted surfaces to avoid scuffs).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page).
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or improper care.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply within 2 business days with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely, include the RA number on the package, and ship them back to our Hong Kong address (provided with your RA).

Refunds & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product (we’ll cover shipping in these cases—just provide photos of the issue!).
  • Once we receive and inspect your return (3-5 business days after delivery to our hub), we’ll process your refund.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days (processing times may vary by bank/card issuer).
  • We don’t offer exchanges—for a different size/color, please return the original item and place a new order.
